New brochures target GPs & patients

Hot on the heels of the new website created for Bath Fertility Centre (BFC), The Four Peas has delivered healthcare marketing brochures targeting patients and GPs.

Having invested in its brand new, state-of-the-art  facility just outside Bath, the BFC team is promoting its services across the southwest. The goal is to raise awareness and drive patient referrals from GPs – as well as direct patient enquiries.

More effective communication

Bath Fertility Centre’s Business Manager, Natalie Emmett commented, “We need to compete more effectively in the marketplace, communicating targeted service propositions to GPs and patients. The Four Peas has made this process straightforward, resulting in our brilliant new marketing literature.”

Differing information needs

When the agency considered the needs of the fertility services audiences, it was clear that the content, tone of voice and format all varied significantly between GPs and patients.

The new marketing literature reflects this: the GP brochure is the more substantial piece, with detailed clinical information, referral guidelines, professional profiles of key medical experts, and an A4 landscape printed format that encourages storage for future reference during patient consultations.

GP surgery display

The patient information takes a DL leaflet format – ideal for display in GP surgery patient waiting areas. The leaflet features content on the reception and experience patients can expect, and the experience and qualifications of the specialist medical team. Welcoming, empathetic language is a feature of the copywriting on this second piece.

Bath Fertility Centre is mailing the brochures to GPs and GP surgeries across the region, to raise awareness and drive website traffic, referrals and enquiries.
