Responsive website drives healthcare enquiries
Fertility centre’s responsive website is an instant hit
Bath Fertility Centre’s new responsive website has proved an immediate hit. Despite a soft launch with little direct site promotion, online enquiry levels have been strong.
Dr Stephanie Gadd, Consultant Embryologist at Bath Fertility Centre comments, “Our newly launched, mobile friendly responsive website transforms the way we reach out to patients and clinicians online – it’s engaging, useful and easy to use. We’re very pleased with the enquiry levels already being directly generated by it.”
The centre approached The Four Peas after recognising that several of its competitors offered superior online facilities for its users. The online marketing of the service to NHS and fee paying customers needed to match the centre’s purpose built, state of the art new facilities.
Bill Vallis of The Four Peas explains, “Our vision was to transform the BFC website into a dynamic, useful, interactive, engaging and enjoyable to use resource for those seeking fertility services. We’ve introduced a responsive website design, ensuring that the site is as effective when viewed on a mobile device or tablet as it is on a PC.” Further site enhancements like interactive tools, GP resources and appointment request forms have all helped achieve this.
Alongside the responsive website, the agency has developed targeted literature for patients and GPs, which will be distributed across the region to raise awareness and drive referrals and enquiries.
Client Nick Sharp, Senior Medical Director at Bath Fertility Centre concludes, “Thanks for your incisive marketing guidance. The Four Peas’ clear advice, creativity and service have helped us move our brand onwards and upwards.”
