Agency develops new software service brand
Capcon, the hospitality sector audit and compliance specialists, have launched an innovative new online based service with the help of The Four Peas. The agency worked with Capcon and its strategic business partner ProcureWizard, creating the new product brand identity, a brochure and a website.
What’s in a name
The first challenge was to come up with creative name ideas for the product suite. The Four Peas has created brand names for numerous businesses and products, and started by researching the existing hospitality market, related software products, and website domain availability.
Since Capcon was launching a single product, but needed the flexibility to introduce related ones in the future, the agency created a systemised brand naming approach. A shortlist of names was developed, along with the creative rationale for each, for Capcon to consider. This process resulted in the selection of ‘Reality’ as the umbrella brand, with ‘RealityStock’ the first software product to go to market.
Brand implementation
With the naming exercise successfully concluded, The Four Peas set about articulating the brand and developing supporting messaging. The logo identity was created, followed by production of the product brochure and website www.capconreality.co.uk
