Software business Total Hospitality has made a splash at the annual Best Western hotel member conference using a simple promotional approach, with the help of The Four Peas.
Given the rare opportunity to have a presence at the exclusive event, attended by a perfectly targeted captive audience, Total Hospitality briefed us to drive stand footfall and generate a prospect database using a simple free prize draw incentive.
Eye-catching delegate letter
To make sure that every conference delegate was aware of the chance to win a fantastic New Zealand holiday, we produced an eye-catching and succinct promotional letter and prize draw entry form. The entry form posed a series of questions to pre-qualify respondents for future sales activity, and had to be handed-in at Total Hospitality’s stand during the event.
